BhojanPOS is a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and billing system designed for restaurants, cafes, and food businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of BhojanPOS may require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified during the checkout process. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at the sole discretion of Inovex Media & Tech Pvt. Ltd. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovex Media & Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use BhojanPOS. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
